Amrut name draws its name from an Indian lore of a nectar of immortality. It reflects our commitment to vibrant, nourishing meals.

Like many, food is in our favorite memories. As children of immigrants, cooking and eating were a way for us to connect to our roots.

Weaving together inspiration from our heritage, travels, and late-night cravings, we approach food with curiosity and joy, striving for excellence in the dining experiences we curate.

    We'll welcome you to an evening of vibrant, nourishing, and seasonal food. You'll get a four-course meal, where each course is paired with a climate action prompt on the theme of land justice, $80 per person

    October 31, 7pm - 28 Jay St, NY

    Pop-up dinner in the fontainhas /du.kaan/ celebrating South-Asian flavors. Four course meal with an optional natural wine pairing. $100 per person, $150 with wine
